Ordering Pavers

Please carefully measure the area to be paved LxW to determine the M2 required for your project and factor in + 5-10% for cuts and wastage.

Product dependant we sell some products for example 600×600 & smaller formats by the M2, simply measure the area to be paved and add the desired M2 into the on page calculator which will identify how many pavers are required for your project.

Larger Sized products we sell by the patio pack each product has information on how many M2 are contained on each patio pack. Simply add the desired number of patio packs to your basked and proceed to checkout.:

Your pavers will arrive from one production shade and batch however we can not guarantee subsequent orders will be the same shade and batch therefore please consider this when you work out your quantities to order.

Occasionally we change the names of the products (shown on the packaging) to our own names for marketing purposes.

Our external Porcelain Pavers have a depth of 20mm unless specified on the product information page.

Our external wall cladding products are sold by the M2 minimum order quantities may apply.

All our external paving products are rectified, anti-slip (R11) all sizes are nominal our external porcelain products are frost proof and adhere to and often exceed all European manufacturing standards our pavers are manufactured and sourced only from leading manufacturers in the EU.

Porcelain paving is available in many formats and design options please note some designs have intentional shade variation to add to the aesthetic appeal of the installed product. In such cases the shade variation is a manufacturing process and therefore an inherent characteristic of the product.

Our products are sold in full pallet/patio pack quantities unless otherwise stated as this reduces the potential for damage in transit and provides the customer with the best possible value as it reduces additional cost occurred from splitting pallets.

Any potential delivery issues should be communicated to us as the point of purchase if the courier is unable to deliver due to access issues and these were not identified to us pre purchasing the goods then restocking or redelivery charges may apply.

We advise you only book in Landscapers / Tools / Hire Equipment / Labour once you are in reciept of your goods. 


We do offer a full sampling service if you are unsure which pavers to purchase as ordering the incorrect product may incur restocking charges. We will despatch these samples next working day or as soon as possible, occasionally delays can occur via third party couriers. Samples should be treated with caution as they are a cut piece from a larger tile and they should only be used as a reference to actual shade, colour and overall finish of your project.


Delivery is via a third party courier as part of a national pallet network. We advise you only book in Landscapers / Tools / Hire Equipment / Labour once you are in reciept of your goods. We accept no liability for costs incurred of pre hiring installation teams or equipment hire regarding failed or late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control.

Typically goods are delivered within 3-4 days of order, should the product you have selected be out of stock or subject to additional delays we shall will inform you asap. During certain times of the year delivery time frames may be extended due to volume of deliveries across the UK this is completely beyond our control.

Goods ordered on a special order basis are subject to extended delivery schedules and are non returnable

The goods are checked pre despatch and will arrive via a 18T vehicle with a tail lift.

Goods will be delivered to Kerb Side and require signing for on arrival.

Deliveries can be between 8am and 5pm and unless otherwise agreed are weekday only.

Delivery requires an even, level hard standing ground for the offload and enough room for the lorry to manoeuvre, as the driver will manually pull the delivery on to the kerb from the road. Please let us know about any potential obstructions before delivery as any issues may incur a re-delivery charge at £40 per pallet.

If you order and we are unable to deliver due to access, driveway construction, failure to inform us of delivery restrictions failure to be present on the day, failure to sign for delivery, unforeseen weight issues from the manufacturer, then alternative delivery options will be the customers responsibility and we take no liability for any additional charges that this may incur.

At our discretion we may absorb some of the charges depending on the circumstances of the failed delivery.

If you decide to cancel the order due to delivery not being possible or for one of the reasons above, you will be entitled to a refund minus the cost of the delivery and the cost to return the goods back to us. A refund will only be provided minus these costs, within 14 days of the goods being back in our yard.

Damages & Replacements

Although every effort is made to get the products to you in perfect condition, breakages can occur . Please make sure you allow for this and for cuts when laying, before you work out your quantities. We cannot accept returns of open or part pallets or accept liability for product once they have been laid. Please check your goods thoroughly on arrival.

Damages need to be communicated to us within 48 hours please provide a brief description alongside images when contacting us. We do ask that you consider these goods are being transported via a pallet network and if possible please consider using damages for cuts and wastage where possible.

Porcelain paving can be laid via several methods please read our installation guide for further information. Please ensure you use the correct equipment for the installation of your pavers once the goods are delivered and signed for then they are your responsibility.
